The Studio is safe and secure accommodation situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Newlands Village.It is ideally placed for holiday and business purposes, giving quick and easy access to all major routes into,out of and around Cape Town. A number of shops(including Woolworths foods) plus good Restaurants and Coffee shops are within easy walking distance.

Also close by are some of Cape Town’s Top attractions such as Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront and Robben Island. Alternatively you can explore the many attractive wine routes or pretty villages and towns such as Hout Bay, Simon’s Town, Boulders Beach dotted along the coastline.

• Twin beds with nonallergic down duvets and cotton linen. • Full bath/shower facilities ensuite with under floor heating • Kitchen with gas hob,microwave,fridge and kitchen equipment • Lounge area,breakfast bar and dining area. • Full Dstv and Dvd player. • Iron,ironing board and hair drier. • Small private balcony accessed off kitchen. • Serviced weekly.Daily service can be arranged. • Quiet off street parking.

Services available:

We can supply Beer/Wine on request (at cost) and we can stock the fridge with agreed basics on your first day (at cost).

We regret there is a No Smoking Policy and No Animals are allowed.

Room Rates: R400 per night for the apartment based on two people sharing with a minimum charge of 5 nights.Longer stays are negotiable.

Payment Terms: 50% deposit payable on booking. Balance payable one week before stay. The deposit must be paid by Bank / Money Transfer with the balance payable by Bank / Money Transfer or Cash.
