One can take walks in the conservation area, on the secluded beach, or enjoy the spectacular ever- changing West Coast Sunsets. This Villa is only 45 minutes from the City Centre.

Main Amenities: Grotto Bay living is a four-bed roomed Villa, with open plan living designed for relaxation and socializing. There is a spiral staircase leading to the three upstairs bedrooms and sitting area. The downstairs bedroom has its own fireplace for those who love to enjoy their bedroom on a chilly evening. The large fireplace in the main living area is wonderful for those evenings when one wants to relax and enjoy a glass of good West Coast Wine. There is also a smaller TV Lounge area with a 42 inch screen, Hi definition and dual PVR system. The outside living offers an expansive deck area to lounge and hide. There is an outside barbecue for grilling your steaks and prawns, or that ever elusive fish that you hope to catch. All 23 meters of concertina sliding doors open in the main living area, bringing the outside seascape into the home. A small romantic black pool/Jacuzzi with built-in seating allows you to relax and unwind during the warm summer days.
