Set against a backdrop of majestic mountains, this beautiful bay provides South Africans and overseas visitors with an affordable seaside holiday and the ideal base to explore the surrounding country side - The Addo Elephant National Park boasting the big 7, Tsitsikamma Forest Reserve, Baviaans Wilderness Reserve, the fertile Gamtoos River Valley and top class game reserves are all within 2 hours drive - allowing you to combine the best of the beach, with the best of the bush!

Jeffreys Bay has one of the best right hand point breaks in the world. The waves are very consistent and powerful and rides are generally much longer than other places. There are several different setups where surfers of all levels can slip into perfect mechanical waves that peel down the points, starting from North to South: Kabeljouws Beach Break, Albatros, Point, Tubes, Coins, Salad Bowls, Supertubes, Boneyards, Beach Break, Secrets, Caravans, Main Beach (Dolphin Beach) Kitchen Windows and Phantom Reef etc.

J-Bay is famous for its surf shops, arts and crafts. You are sure to find something unique and unusual for a bargain price in the shops on Da Gama road and at the various shopping centres. The 'billabong surf village' is a good place to start with its factory clothing shop and a range of small shops selling hand crafts - curios, gifts, leatherwork, shoes, decor and jewellery.

Dolphin Beach has been rated as a Blueflag beach and is a safe swimming zone with clean, sandy beaches that stretch on for miles.

There are two Superior rooms that can accommodate families (with sleeper couches - maximum two children sharing with adults) as well as two gorgeously decadent honeymoon suites with uninterrupted sea views and two standard en-suite rooms. Our `bar with a view´ helps guests enjoy the picturesque view while they sip on a glass of one of our carefully selected house wines or a drink of their choice.

Dolphin is a ground floor apartment with a private veranda that leads into the garden; just a short walk alongside the building and your feet is in the sand.
