Camp Aquila is situated in the northern part of South Africa, on the foot of the Soutpansberg Mountain Range between Louis Trichardt (Makhado) and Vivo. The area is famous for its breathtaking mountain scenery, wilderness character and bush-veld nature, making our Lodge an ideal destination for a weekend break-away and an escape to peaceful nature.

The Lodge is easy accessible by ordinary vehicle, just 500m off the tar road. Other attractions will be Bird viewing, walking trails nearby, hiking and most of all to relax.

Wedding Venue - Camp Aquila is a beautiful Earth styled venue that can accommodate up to 100 guests in the banquet hall. We offer an outdoor wedding ceremony set in breathtaking mountain scenery, surrounding by a lovely garden with big shaded trees. We are sure that once you have had an opportunity to view our facilities, you will realize what an ideal and unique place this will be to compliment your very special day. Conference Venue - Our banqueting hall can be used as a conference centre. It has the capacity and flexibility to cater for up to 40 delegates. All standard equipment is part of the conference package that Camp Aquila offers. We will help make up a package that will suit all your needs.
