Guest House - Tulbagh Country Manor is our guesthouse and the jewel in the Cape Dutch Quarter's crown. Established in 1999, the guesthouse can accommodate up to twelve people in five en-suite bedrooms and suites. The guesthouse accommodation is situated in a 200-year-old manor house that was built in 1809 and retains all of its original features. The guesthouse manor is a classic 'H-shaped' house, the epitome of grand Cape Dutch living, and has been beautifully restored to its former glory, and is situated on Tulbagh's historic Church Street.

Breakfast at our Tulbagh guesthouse is always a treat, and served in the grand dining room on a table spread with antique crockery, silver cutlery - and always accompanied by Mozart! Our guesthouse's 3-course 'Country Breakfast' has won appraisals in publications from several countries such as the New Yorker magazine and the Lonely Planet. During the winter months, breakfast is served in the guesthouse's more intimate farm-style kitchen next to a blazing hearth.
