Delightful coastal holiday home to rent just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Clifton 2nd Beach. Embrace the luxurious Clifton Beach lifestyle in this stunning Cape Town location with Table Mountain providing the perfect backdrop to your stay.

Self catering includes: Toiletries on arrival, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash for the first night. Thereafter the clients are to supply their own. We supply 1 towel per person per day for Showering purposes as well as swimming towels, 1 per person per day. If you require more please bring extra from home.

Servicing: Rental includes the services of a cleaner every day excluding Sunday’s and Public Holiday’s. Should the guest wish to have a cleaner on a Sunday / Public Holiday, this can be arranged however the additional cost will be for the guest’s account. The cost per day for Sunday’s / Public Holidays is R310.

No personal laundry will be done by the cleaning services.  No washing of guests cars done by cleaning services. Only the stipulated amount of people for this apartment will be permitted to stay over night. Additional guests will be charged for in your breakage deposit.

  • A braai is provided on the back balcony should guests want to make barbeque.

This beautiful apartment has three bedrooms and can sleep 6 adults. There are two bathrooms one of which is ensuite. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are laid out in an open-plan style.  The lounge has stunning views across the ocean. Enjoy the spectacular views from the balcony which also has direct access to the main bedroom. Enjoy eating alfresco at the table and chairs located in a sheltered courtyard.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all essentials including; fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all necessary cooking equipment. Parking facility is for a single parking bay for one car; saloon car and not a 4x4 or SUV.

This holiday rental is ideally situated for exploring Cape Town, the marvellous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Sea Point is close by with its Olympic size salt water pool. Other attractions nearby include the Glen Country Club and La Med restaurant.  See the black folder in the apartment it has many restaurants and tourist attractions.

50% deposit required via EFT to Where2Stay-SouthAfrica.com to secure booking. Full payment to be made via EFT 14 days before occupation. Emergency/Late bookings (less than 14 days): Full amount required. Breakage/Key deposit: The refundable 15% breakage deposit is 15% on the full rental amount. A refundable key deposit of R200 will also be taken for any possible loss of keys, remotes & discs. The guest must adhere to the rules and regulations the body corporate of Clifton Court. Guests will be given a Code of Conduct document. The guest must sign a Short Term Occupation Contract form which will be provided before occupation.

1. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total gross rental amount, subject to a minimum cancellation fee of R1000, will be levied if the booking is cancelled more than six weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date.

2. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental amount plus any bank charges and cancellation penalties levied by suppliers will be levied if the booking is cancelled four weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date.

3. A cancellation fee of 100% of the total rental amount will be levied if the booking is cancelled less than four weeks prior to the anticipated arrival date. Partial refunds may apply, depending on the ability to re-let the premises for the applicable period at a similar rate.

4. Rental is due for the period booked and no refunds will be permitted, should departure occur at an earlier date for any reason whatsoever.

The accommodation is in an excellent location in Clifton. It is good value-for-money and fully serviced.

Great apartment, right across the road from Clifton 1 and 2 - no taxi required. And it is only a 1.6 km walk from Camps Bay restaurants. It is fully serviced with helpful and trustworthy staff. I will definitely use it again.

“Excellent location and very well priced” This is a very reasonably priced 3 bedroom apartment overlooking the spectacular Clifton Beaches. The rate is extraordinarily reasonable considering the location. The apartment has a huge patio on which we enjoyed our breakfast and sun downers. Easy access to the beach across Victoria road. Very comfortable beds and crisp percale linen. Underfloor heating in bathrooms was a luxurious touch. Highly recommended.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at no 4 Clifton Court. The location was fantastic and the views breathtaking. The apartment was stocked with everything we could have needed and having wifi was so handy. We were very comfortable and had to pinch ourselves every time the sun set over the sea as it is truly a magical sight! It’s a very special place and I can’t wait to return.
