Oude Windpomp is situated in Griquatown, in the Karoo region of the Northern Cape Province.

It is primarily a sheep farming community with Griquatown being the first town to be established north of the Orange River.

We are midway between Groblershoop and Kimberley on the N8 and on route to Augrabies Waterfalls, Namaqualand and Namibia.

Oude Windpomp can accommodate up to 9 people with a wonderful family room which can sleep up to 5 people and two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The rooms have ceiling fans for the hot summers. There is a TV in the sitting / lounge room. There are tea and coffee making facilities in each of the rooms. There is a braai / bbq facility for our guests to use. All meals are also available on request.

The Family Room - The family room consists of an en-suite bathroom and a double bed as well as single bed,it can therefore sleep three.

The Single Room - The single room consists of two single beds and is perfect for sharing.

Earth treasures, Moffat museum, Koegelbeen caves en route to Augrabies Waterfalls, Namaqualand and Namibia
