Spindrift 10 is a furnished self-catering apartment located in the secure Spindrift complex close to the beach in Margate, and near to various shops and amenities. The property has a partial view. Guests will need to bring along a standard DSTV decoder with a smart card and towels. The property is situated in Margate on the South Coast.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and an open-plan dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed. The second bedroom contains a bunk bed and a single bed. The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge contains a sleeper couch, and a flat-screen TV. The lounge opens to a balcony overlooking the lagoon.

Please note that an R550 admin fee and R600 refundable breakage deposit fee is payable before arrival and is not included in the rate.

The breakage deposit will be refunded within seven 7 working days after departure, less any deductions for breakages.

Should the property be damaged either willfully or not, by negligence or not, by yourself or any other, you agree to pay for the said damages if it exceeds the amount held via the breakage deposit.

Should you arrive at the property and find that there are damages, the onus is upon you to inform our offices immediately.

The breakage deposit will be held in trust and released to the bank account nominated by yourself.

Please remember to email us your account details. 

Please do not exceed the maximum number of people allowed in the unit. Failure to comply with this request will result in eviction with no refund and no notice period.

1 month before stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable.

2 weeks before stay date: 25% of deposit is refundable.

Less than 2 weeks before stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable.

A non-refundable admin charge of R500 will be levied on all cancellations. This R500 is over and above the percentage already stated as the cancellation fee.
