Mavuta Boutique Apartments is the second facility from Rivoni Leisure & Conferences, which opened in September 2015. Mavuta Boutique Apartments boasts unsurpassed luxury and comfort in the heart of Polokwane's central business district, adjacent to Peter Mokaba Stadium. This sister property to the ever so popular and renowned Mavuta Manor offers additional self-catering facilities or “in-suite” butler service to our discerning business and leisure travelers.

The complex comprises of 8 Modern 82M² units and 1 Executive Suite. The ultra- Luxurious self-catering apartments, are well appointed with modern contemporary furnishings, rounded off with a French Provençal feel. Each apartment has its own unique feel & décor, incorporating solid timber finishes, Persian rugs, Travertine tiling throughout and lush, bright warm fabrics. Each unit comprises of two "en suite" bedrooms, lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heated bathrooms and a balcony/patio. The Executive suite comprises of one single master en-suite bedroom with separate dressing area, guest toilet, kitchen, lounge and a large dining area for entertaining. All units comprise of LCD TV’s, full DSTV premium package, sound bar and air conditioning in all rooms and lounges. Although all units have fully self-contained kitchens, the complex is equipped with a professional kitchen, offering in-suite butler dining service and /or take-out convenience meals should you wish to avoid the fuss. Corporate clients wanting to host business dinners will be able to entertain small groups up to 8 people with the services of a personalized butler and Executive Chef to take care of all their catering requirements. The complex also offers an in-house laundry and pressing service as well as a small business center.

Accommodation is provided on a pay first basis. Therefore, the account must be settled in full on departure, unless otherwise arranged and documented. Should the latter apply, management signature on the account acknowledges acceptance thereof.

In the event of the account not being settled, I will personally hold myself responsible for all costs relating to my accommodation and extras at the Establishment. I agree to pay legal fees incurred as a result of failure to pay my account.

72 hours notice must be given to the Guest House for a cancellation of accommodation and the deposit to be fully refunded. If 48 hours notice is given, 50% of the deposit will be refunded and if the notice is given within 24 hours or less the full deposit will be forfeited.

In the event that a client wishes to cancel a reservation, not less than 72 Hours notice must be given in writing, failing which the following cancellation fee will apply:

Notice given within 72 Hours – Deposit is fully refundable.

Notice given within 48 Hours – 50% of Deposit will be forfeited.

Notice given within 24 Hours – The full Night’s Accommodation will be forfeited
